By purchasing services from CloudDev Hub, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Service Categories
Our refund policy varies based on the type of service provided:
2.1 Cloud Services Consulting
This includes consultations, assessments, strategy development, and implementation support for cloud infrastructure and services.
2.2 Mobile Application Development
This includes design, development, testing, and deployment of mobile applications for iOS, Android, or cross-platform environments.
2.3 Game Development Services
This includes game design, development, testing, and deployment for various platforms.
2.4 Other Professional Services
This includes training, workshops, support packages, and other professional services not covered in the categories above.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Consulting Services
For consulting services that are prepaid:
- Full refund if canceled at least 7 business days before the scheduled consultation
- 50% refund if canceled between 2-7 business days before the scheduled consultation
- No refund if canceled less than 2 business days before the scheduled consultation
For ongoing consulting services billed on a retainer basis, refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis for unused service periods, provided that written cancellation notice is received at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
3.2 Development Projects
For mobile application and game development projects:
- Project Initiation Phase (before development begins): 80% refund of initial deposit if the project is canceled after contract signing but before development work has begun
- During Development: Refunds for in-progress development projects are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the amount of work completed and resources allocated. Generally, the refund amount will be calculated as the total amount paid minus the value of work completed, plus a 15% administrative fee
- After Project Completion: No refunds are available after the project has been completed and delivered according to the agreed specifications
3.3 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services such as maintenance plans or support packages:
- Pro-rated refund for unused service periods, provided that written cancellation notice is received at least 14 days before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial use of a billing period
3.4 Training and Workshops
For prepaid training sessions or workshops:
- Full refund if canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled training date
- 50% refund if canceled between 7-14 days before the scheduled training date
- No refund if canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled training date
- Rescheduling is available at no additional cost if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled training date
4. Conditions for Refunds
4.1 Service Quality Issues
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- You notify us in writing about specific issues with the service quality within 10 business days of service delivery
- The issues represent significant deviations from the agreed-upon scope of work or industry standards
- You provide us with a reasonable opportunity to address and resolve the issues before requesting a refund
Claims for quality issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to offer solutions such as service corrections, additional services, or partial refunds based on the specific circumstances.
4.2 Exclusions
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Changes in business requirements or project scope after work has begun, unless covered by a change order process
- Dissatisfaction with aspects of the service that were clearly communicated before purchase
- Services that have been fully delivered according to the agreed specifications
- Services used partially or in full
- Force majeure events outside of our reasonable control
4.3 Custom Contract Provisions
For services provided under a custom contract with specific refund terms, the terms specified in that contract will supersede this general refund policy.

5.1 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order/contract number, the service purchased, and the date of purchase
- Explain the reason for your refund request in detail

- Review your request and the circumstances of your purchase

5.3 Payment of Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
- If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to determine an alternative refund method

In addition to our standard refund policy, CloudDev Hub offers a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for select services. Under this guarantee:
- If you are not satisfied with the initial consultation for any of our services, we will offer a full refund or a replacement consultation at no additional cost
- For project-based work, we guarantee delivery according to the agreed specifications. If we fail to meet the specifications despite reasonable opportunity to correct issues, you may be eligible for a partial refund or additional services at no cost
To claim under our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, please contact us within 10 business days of the service delivery with specific details about your concerns.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our decision regarding your refund request, you may request escalation to our management team for further review. Please send an email to management@clouddevhub.de with "Refund Dispute" in the subject line, including all relevant information and previous correspondence.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute internally, either party may seek resolution through:
- Mediation through a mutually agreed third-party mediator
- Local consumer protection agencies
- Legal remedies as provided by applicable laws
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Germany.
